Q: How do I change my password?
Select "My Account" on the menu bar (right side) [do not select either drop down option].
Then select "Manage Password". Follow instructions.
VIDEOS and STORIES
Q: My best friend had an Amazing encounter and told me about it. Why can’t I tell that one?
First person encounters only! That way we know they are true and not just some urban legion of a friend who told a friend and so on and so on.
Q: I have a great story, but no access to video. Can’t I tell my story?
SSKarma is only accepting video posted stories. That does not mean that you can’t comment on stories that others have of your superstar. When you do have access to video we’ll be here!

Why can’t I upload my video?
Due to incompatible and memory intensive formats only the formats below are supported.
SSKarma Video Supported Formats:

The name is actually short for Super Star Karma. We wanted an easy to remember 7 letter URL SSKarma.com

We’re glad you like them. We don’t have items for purchase yet, but we’re looking into it.

Q: Why is favourite star no where to be found?
Well, we are a very young website. We've only just launched and are collecting as many stories as possible and getting the word out that people can post and search right here. Help us spread the word. Tell your friends! Sign up! Be the first to tell a story! If you know someone with a celebrity encounter, tell them to get their story on the SSKarma.
